I'll carefully write a sleep plan that meets your child where they are and offer suggestions that are tailored just for them, their individual needs, temperament, current sleep association(s), while keeping your parenting style and sleep goals in mind. I'll provide you with step-by-step guidance and give you my best recommendation on which sleep training method to use, but I will also include 2-3 methods for you to consider.
You will choose the sleep training method that feels most comfortable for you, whether a parent-present approach or one that provides your child with some space. If you feel that your child is sensitive to change or is experiencing separation anxiety, you can choose a gradual sleep training method. Either way, you are moving toward independent sleep!

Or you can schedule a Free 15-Minute Discovery Call. During our call, we’ll chat about your child’s current sleep situation, what you’d like to change/improve, and your desired sleep outcomes. I’ll walk you through how I can best support your family. You'll determine whether my services are the right fit for your family. If you are interested in moving forward, I’ll send you a quote.
If you decide to move forward, you can accept the quote that was emailed to you. The quote includes signing the Client Service Agreement, selecting a package, and paying the invoice.
After payment, you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire. You’ll also be asked to send a short video (30–60 seconds) of the room where your child sleeps, along with 2–3 clear photos of the crib or sleep space, to my phone number.
Once I receive the questionnaire and environmental video & pictures, I can begin developing your personalized sleep plan, which will be sent to your email within 24–48 hours.
In the email, you'll find the sleep plan and a link to schedule your 30-minute Kick-Off Call so we can review the sleep plan together.
I’ll explain my recommendations, answer any questions, clarify any concerns you may have, and we'll discuss the sleep training methods in detail. You'll choose the sleep training option that feels most comfortable for you.
I want to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to implement the sleep plan by the end of our call.
This conversation will lay the foundation for your progress and help you start on the right foot, keeping your child's sleep goals in mind.
Newborn Package: 4-week or 8-week virtual sleep support until 16 weeks of age.

Infant/Toddler Package: 2 weeks of virtual sleep support.
Please note: If a holiday falls during your sleep support period, I will still honor your support. However, please allow a little extra time for responses and feedback on those days.

Does my insurance cover virtual sleep consulting services?
I am an independent sleep consultant and not a licensed medical professional, so you will not be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Insurance typically does not cover private support; however, many families reimburse these services through an HSA/FSA when accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity from a pediatrician. Please check with your HSA/FSA eligibility.
Yes — cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase and signing the Client Service Agreement are eligible for a full refund, as long as services have not yet started. Please read the Refund Policy before booking a free consultation call and purchasing a sleep support package.
