About Me
I'm Linda, owner and founder of The Sleep Habit LLC. I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through the Center of Pediatric Sleep Management (CPSM) and a trained Newborn Care Specialist. I am so glad you're here!
I specialize in infant and toddler sleep solutions for children who sleep in cribs. I believe parents play an important role in facilitating the development of healthy sleep and encouraging their children to become good sleepers. This can start from birth with gentle sleep conditioning and continues as the child grows and through developmental changes.
With a focus on establishing healthy sleep habits and implementing sleep training, I empower moms to help their children learn independent sleep skills and sleep in their cribs that help them take longer naps and get restorative, connected sleep at night (10–12 hours).
The support and techniques I share with moms are the very same ones I used with my own son, who was sleeping through the night at just 9 weeks old.
