Your child's naps tend to be only 30-40 minutes long.
Your child is waking up too early, which is making them overtired and cranky all day long.

Your child will only sleep on you or only being held.
Your child wakes every few hours to feed throughout the night.

You’re spending an hour getting your child to sleep, only for them to wake up 30 minutes later.
You’ve reached the point where you're bed-sharing (co-sleeping) just to stretch out a nap or survive the night.
Your intuition is telling you that your child isn’t getting enough sleep.

I’m Linda—a former nanny, trained Newborn Care Specialist, and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant.
My passion for sleep began long before I became a mother. I spent several years caring for infants and young children as a nanny and worked in different roles at many childcare centers. Because of my professional background and training, I knew exactly how to set the right sleep foundations for my son from day one. By applying the same techniques I now teach, I was able to bypass the typical "sleep fog" entirely—my own son was sleeping through the night by nine weeks old.
Now, I specialize in helping other moms do the same—whether that means setting a healthy foundation from the start or step-by-step guidance to fix existing sleep challenges. I provide clear, sleep solutions that help you move past the fear of 'doing it wrong' and into a place of total confidence and calm leadership.
You deserve to feel confident in your child's sleep. Let’s move past feeling stuck and start your journey to a well-rested home.

My Philosophy
Teach your child the skill of falling asleep independently at bedtime and to sleep 10–12 restorative hours in their own crib.
Establish routines and use a sleep training method you are comfortable with to take the guesswork out of it.
Lead with confidence so you feel like an expert in your own child's sleep.
My Client-Led Approach
My virtual 1:1 sleep consulting services are client-led, meaning you remain at the center of the process.
Just as every family is different, so is every child. In my personalized sleep plans, I meet each child where they are and tailor the plan to their developmental stage, temperament, current sleep association(s), while keeping your sleep goals and parenting style in mind.
In the sleep plan, I will give you my best recommendation on which age-appropriate sleep training method to use, along with two to three additional options for you to consider. If you prefer a faster approach or a more gradual transition, it is your choice. You'll choose the sleep training option that feels most comfortable for you. I will coach you through whichever one you decide. To learn more about sleep training, click here.
During your sleep support consultation, my focus is on you and your child's progress. I am your accountability partner to keep you on track. You will have access to me daily through unlimited text/voice message support (7 am-9 pm). Check-ins are around 7 am, and you can reach out anytime throughout the day with questions. I will troubleshoot when needed, and we will pivot the plan together.
If you’d like extra support during the first night or two, I’m happy to provide overnight guidance for an additional fee. Many families find this helpful as they get started.
