For infants & toddlers (4m-3 years) sleeping in cribs
✔️ An intake questionnaire that is quick and easy to complete. I use the information in this questionnaire to create your sleep plan.
✔️ An environmental analysis of your child's sleep space and suggestions for improvements.
✔️ Your personalized sleep plan that is tailored to your child's developmental stage and temperament, your parenting style, and your family life.
✔️ A 30-minute phone consultation to discuss the sleep plan. I'll walk you through exactly what to do and explain how to implement your chosen sleep training method.
✔️ Daily text and voice message support so you'll have access to me in real time between 7 am - 9 pm.
✔️ Two 15-minute calls at any time during our time together.
✔️ A sleep log to track your child's day routines and sleep? I will be happy to review your notes, troubleshoot any issues, and provide immediate feedback.
✔️ A 30-minute wrap-up call at the end of our time together. We will reflect on your child's sleep progress, chat about what worked, celebrate the wins, and wrap things up as you finish strong 😁
✔️ Access to your private client portal. The client portal is a secure location to access and complete all documents — quotes, contracts, questionnaires, invoices, and view event details. You can access the portal at any time via email link.

I'll recommend an age-appropriate sleep training method, but also provide 2-3 additional options for you to consider. You'll choose the method that feels comfortable for you.
How to handle night feedings and weaning. I'll identify and address the causes of frequent nighttime wakings. If your child is still waking at night to feed, we’ll work to reduce or eliminate nighttime feedings based on your sleep goals.
A predictable daily schedule with appropriate wake windows, feedings, activity, and how to nail the timing for naps and bedtime
Suggestions on the sleep environment, ensuring it is optimal for sleep
Step-by-step instructions for connection-based nap and bedtime routine
How to handle nighttime wakings
Tackling sleep crutches, disassociating a feed to sleep association

Clients often see progress in their child's sleep habits within 2 to 5 nights. However, for children with stronger dependencies, it may take up to two weeks or longer to notice significant changes. Making meaningful changes to your child's sleep habits requires time and consistent effort. With strong sleep associations, I help parents manage expectations for this timeframe and empower them to maintain boundaries in their child's new sleep routines. With two weeks of support (14 days), their child is more likely to continue learning, improve, establish independent sleep habits, and adjust to new sleep rules during and after our time together.
