Early Foundations of Healthy Sleep Habits help us achieve connected, restorative sleep every night.
I help moms do the same so everyone in the family is getting proper sleep.
Before my son was born, I spent several years caring for infants and young children as a nanny and worked different roles at many childcare centers.
During that time, I used what I learned from my associate degree in Early Childhood Education/Early Intervention to care for kids in a way that really fit their individual needs. I’ve completed newborn care trainings and learned effective sleep solutions to help babies and toddlers sleep well and settle more easily.
Getting babies to sleep came naturally to me (and it still does.) Toddlers were more challenging, yet I always seemed to have that magic touch. Parents would often ask, “How did you do that? How did you get him to fall asleep?” I would smile and say, “It just worked!” The truth is, I developed a unique ability to read each child’s needs, separately from the parents, not only as a caregiver but as someone with expertise in child care and an advocate for healthy independent sleep.
My son at 3 months old.
Fast forward to 2023, when I had my son—I knew I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom and raise him at home. With my husband working as a dedicated first responder and my own health flare-ups to manage, we knew that sleeping through the night for our family would be essential. We navigated the first month of the newborn stage together, and at 4 weeks, I began implementing consistent sleep conditioning techniques (also known as sleep shaping).
At 9 weeks old, my son began connecting all of his sleep cycles at night, sleeping 11-12-hour stretches and taking predictable naps during the day.
A pattern that continued every day and night.
Now, as a toddler, he still sleeps wonderfully. I kept his routine consistent, gave him supportive guidance, and helped him build the sleep skills he needed to sleep through the night independently.
Once I experienced how powerful connected & restorative sleep could be after having a baby, I knew I had to help other moms experience it, too.
Even with my personal experience and education, I wanted to professionalize my consulting services. I pursued a certification in pediatric sleep consulting from the Center of Pediatric Sleep Management and graduated in March of 2025.
Now, I help families establish healthy sleep habits for their infants and toddlers, which helps them fall asleep independently and sleep through the night.
Moms tell me they find more balance in their day, can plan what they want to do during naptime, have a simple, pleasant bedtime experience that allows them to put their child down awake and fall asleep independently, and sleep consistently every night while loving motherhood to the fullest and being the best version of themselves. All while their child transforms into a well-rested, happier child. I'd love to give you that to you, too!
I am your personal sleep consultant if you want to establish independent sleep habits from the start or support your child in learning new habits to help everyone in the family experience restful nights. I am here for you whenever you are ready!
